We installed carpet in over 70 cabins and the corridors. We prepared for the project by pre-cutting the carpet and storing it in a way that helped the project logistics. Our lean approach allowed us to be flexible during the whole project as many plans had to change. We were immediately able to adapt and to inform the project managers of any changes in our plans. We worked closely with @company to make sure that everything worked seamlessly. The project was finished within time.
